Hi, well if you saw Amarillas last matches here is all explained, futhermore a ref like him is a very polemic ref, and now he is resisted by the media and the players, if you ask, you well see only a few actually like his way of refereeing, I personally dont like it. Also if you take a look to the list, there are all the pre-selected refs for the wc and referees who can be a future potential for a wc, Amarillas time passed due to his performances and his friends in comite and conmebol (he is a clowe friend of Leoz, conmebols president) cant continue taking charge of him.
EliminarI recomend you to see some of his last matches like the Copa America auruguay vs Argentina or the Wc Quali Uruguay vs Ecuador and you will see what I meen with poor performances.
